MCKENNA MERRITT is from Carthage, Illinois, and a Junior at Illini West. She is involved in the National Honor Society, Future Business Leaders of America, Git R’ Done Club, International Club, Key Club, and FFA. She is also a member of the Illini West Dance Team. She is actively involved in FFA as she holds the Illini West chapters Vice President and the Section XI Reporter officer positions. In her free time, she enjoys working with her show cattle and swine, as well as riding horses. Following graduation, McKenna plans to pursue a bachelor’s degree in Pre- Veterinary Science and upon completion go to school to obtain her Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine.
